When the latest firmware was released for the Montage I was asked about the backup process and if loading a backup file would wipe the current data on the Montage.
In this quick video I show you how to create a backup file, which will contain all of your data, including any libraries you’ve added. I used this when updating the firmware since the firmware wipes everything you’ve added to the Montage.
This backup file is an easy way to restore the state of the synth, it definitely saved me from having to reload each library one by one.
