Back with another multi-sampled drum kit from MPC-Samples.
This one is “The Raw 70s Kit” and it’s based on a vintage 70s Ludwig Classic Drum Kit.
As usual, it was recorded with various mics and directly to 2 inch tape to deliver a raw, gritty, vintage sound.
This is another one of their kits that has been formated for Maschine so it’s ready to go as soon as you load it up.
Again, having multiple samples/layers with slightly different hits on each one gives a much more human feel and dynamic to the kit, so it’s definitely a joy to work with.
The slight variations really give you a unique vibe when laying down your tracks.
