While I was testing the Elektron Analog RYTM, one of the features of the sequencer was the ability to automate the sample start time.
I liked the type of variation I could get by doing so and wanted to see how I could replicate this on the MPC X.
Sure it’s not quite automation, but being able to add variation by triggering the sample at different start points can really add some variation to your tracks.
