Hey what’s good fam!

Back with the last installment of the BOCS series from AudioWarp.

Volume 3 brings more of the same type of sounds and instruments.

You’ll need the full version of Kontakt to use the patches, but you can also throw the samples in any other sampler that uses wav format.

Check it out!

Quick Specs

How does it sound?

BOCS Volume 3 brings you another collection of gritty, crunchy, dirty, analog synth leads, pads, chords, keys and even some field recordings and noise.

Anyone that’s into pads, ambiances, and gritty analog synths, will definitely enjoy the sounds here.

I really dig how warm and organic the sounds are, they definitely have character and grit, which I dig.

For this one they even through in more keys and lead type sounds, as customers requested, instead of filling it full of pads and drones.

That definitely helps round out the series and all 3 volumes work great together.

So what’s the bottom line?

Again, if you dig Boards of Canada style sounds, you’ll enjoy this product as well as the rest of the series.

I knew what to expect going in and I was not disappointed.

They know how to capture the sound and character they set out to capture, and at the end of the day, even if you’re not familiar with the artists who inspired the series, you’ve got a great collection of sounds and instruments.

4andhalfsubsI give this third volume of BOCS a 4.5 out of 5 subs, sounds great, plenty of character, and still doesn’t break the bank.

Go on over and check it out, while you’re at it, just checkout the whole series.
