They are what they say they are, but I found out by talking to them that you can't use their loops in your productions until you buy the loopsets. The other guys you list will let you use their stuff. Just be careful on Nova Loops, anything listed as a demo isn't for commercial use. Their give away stuff you get for signing up is. You should add Peace Love Productions up there, they give out loops in each newsletter and have at least a gig of samples up for free on their tradebit site.
