A while back I told you about the new “Beat Warrior” series coming from Novaloops and Big Fish, well it’s time to battle!
I got word from Donald Johnson over at Novaloops, they just sent their first two products to Big Fish, which is only the beginning of their new EXCLUSIVE line of sample libraries to be distributed through Big Fish Audio.
Hustla Anthems Dirty South Edition and ATL Dirty South Music are just the first of many new exclusive libraries that will be flooding the Big Fish Audio distribution
channel.
I know these guys personally, I know how hard they’ve been working to make this a reality, and I KNOW the quality they put out.
So get ready, I’ll let you know the second they are available on Big Fish’s website!
in the meantime, make sure you go checkout all the new goodies they have over at novaloops.com
******UPDATE******
The products are available for purchase at big fish right now: Novaloops at Big Fish Audio

ilike novaloops…. just not a fan of the way there releasing kits as “new” when they were just old p5 audio releases case in point Boss of Miami1&2, Waynes Ghetto World 1&2, Jeezy’s Hood 1&2, Kings of the Modern RnB Bounces 2.0 all these r old P5 Audio releases….not2Coll in my eyes

@jAIdON, donald started and ran p5 lol, they got plenty of new stuff too, when he left p5 he took his products with him lol.
I feel ya, definitely if you had em already, but they constantly putting out new stuff too.

Yo, saint, did they keep the same names of the kits or did they change them? Cuz if they still on P5, i don’t wanna accidentally buy the same thing twice
lol

@Rick, I believe they took them off of p5 when they launched nova lol I feel you tho!

Most Def looking forward to your review on those new Novaloops products.
I have a few of the NovaLoops products already (I especially like the Candy Painted Dirty South Drumkit…I use it a lot).
And the prices ain’t bad for the quality of sounds you get.
Hey Joe do you know of any libraries that feature singers (just vocals no music, with different harmonies and vocal articulation and a range of different scales they are vocalizing to?) or maybe something that features background singer vocals?
That may be a hard question but I’m probably asking the right person.
Just a fyi, I have the Tonehammer forgotten voices and that’s not cutting it.
Also I picked up FatLoud High Heel Vocals Vol. 1 which I do like but there isn’t a lot of variety in that.
Also I have loads of acapellas but I’m just wondering if you may have run across something like what I’m describing?
Thanks in advance.

@madbull1971, no doubt fam, I’m sure they will be dropping the heat. As far as vocals, not sure man, that’s a hard one to find, most I’ve come across are usually like high heel vocals. You know there’s some virtual instruments that are of womens/men’s voices…I believe you can play them.

these came out a while back, but you can have them sing whatever you want, I don’t think many know about these they are probably a secret weapon lol.

Thanks for the quick response.
I actually have Lola & Miriam from the Vocaloid Series…they really aren’t what I need, they just don’t sound real enough. You have to process the hell outta them to get some feel out of them (They sound kinda robotic).
I brought Spectrasonics Vocal Planet years ago which may be what I might have to use. I was hoping that somebody might have come out with something newer since I had Vocal Planet for maybe 6 years now.

@madbull1971, you’re bout as bad as me! Yeah man, nothing really else I’ve seen, maybe get some vocal fx and make your own, using harmonies and such? Antares has some good vocal stuff, not just auto tune lol.
Vocal planet is still dope! They put a lot of those samples in Omnisphere now lol.
classics never die!

That would work if I could sing at all lol.

Hey All, Saint Joe is right…..when I moved on from P5 Audio to create Nova many of the products came with us. Many of the products were in 16 bit format, we revamped and upgraded them to 24 bit, we added parts to Kings of Modern RnB Bounces (thus why we called it 2.0), and even though former P5 Audio customers saw them….many new customers had never seen or heard of them. We are the exclusive distributors of those products so there will be no buying confusion there.
And as always, customer service is our number 1 priority so if you do have any problems we are here to help.
FYI, we have a new vocal kit coming out produced by myself and Mr Dalvin (JODECI) that is crazy! Both female and male vocals, plenty of variety…..massive harmonies and riffs! Stay tuned.

@Donald Johnson,
Donald that’s whats up man. I’m looking forward to your vocal kit. That’s about the hardest thing to find for a musician that doesn’t sing but wants to add some vocals to a track.
Please keep me up to date when you release that and I’ll be one of the first people to buy it.
Good luck on your new venture.
