MVP Loops Urban Vault workstation Guitar Center exclusive

urbanvault

Hey what’s good fam!

Just letting you know about a new product from MVP Loops that’s exclusive to Guitar Center, as well as GC and Musicians Friend online.

It’s their MVP Platinum line and the first product is called Urban Vault.

It’s a collection of 30 construction kits, 300 multi-sample instruments, all packed into a new UVI workstation interface with chord memory, keyboard spanning, stutter/pitch modulation, custom kit building, loop latch, timestretch, built-in fx, and more.

In this video I just wanted to let you know about the new product, and the product line in general.

Looking forward to seeing how they expand this line.

Head to your local GC and pick up a physical copy.

You can also head over to guitarcenter.com or musiciansfriend.com to pick up a copy as well.

    Yes Sir,
My name is michael, and I work at Guitar Center. I have been watching your videos for a while. I would like to know what screen capture software you are using for your videos, also how do you get the audio to come threw like it dose? are you doing overdubs of the talking on video? I have been trying to record my screen and have my audio from my computer record what I here on to video. Also would like to do some live steaming also, any tips on that as well. Also would like to get into what you are doing any tips how to start.

    Thanks Michael

I use camtasia pro, I record my audio directly as my soundcard allows me to route whatever is playing on my computer. I don’t really do any live streaming.

I am in need of some acoustic treatment for my room, you seem to have some sort of curtains up. I would like to know what are they , are they effective , and where can I get them . Thanks

    Hey saintjoe,

Again thank you very very much for all the time you spend, exploring all those libraries for us !! (by the way, it’s not curiosity, but I remember someone asked you how you could manage so much banks : It should not be obvious to be spoiled for choice (?)
Just some questions : If you have to choose between Urban Vault and Big Fish Audio Urban legacy, what would be your favorite ?
Another “existential” question : All those loops (above all those from Urban Legacy) are top notch but don’t we are too much stuck above all concerning the harmonic progression : Just a global harmonic key is given with maybe a 2 or 3 chords progression for the melodic instrument loops : Can you edit them with the pitch control, and if it’s the case, is it not too much tedious ?

    Thanks again

Thanks for the comment, I would probably say urban vault just because it includes a bunch of multi sample instruments as well as the loops and such. As for changing the loops, they aren’t really setup that way, I suppose you could change the pitch if you want but it’s nothing specifically setup to go in and change the notes.
