Well, as you can see…I’m back! If you follow me on twitter or facebook, you already knew that.
If you don’t follow me there, get to it!
So I got everything in yesterday, my new monitors (krk rokit 5), my new interface (focusrite saffire pro 24), MASCHINE!!!! (oh how I missed thee…let me count the ways), and thanks to the kindess of Mannas…one of the folks in the SAG community, I have a new 49 key controller as well as an EMU Proteus module 
Now, I hadn’t told anyone I was looking for some hardware modules to do tutorials for my new Maschine site, Mannas just offered out of the kindness of his heart, once he had made the offer, I told him I had been looking around for something cheaply to use for the tutorials on using Maschine with hardware.
Let’s just say this whole experience has been a learning situation and a true blessing for me.
Oh, and my hunch about Maschine making it easy to integrate hardware was right, such a quick workflow I can’t wait to finish the tutorial for the new site, looking forward to using more hardware modules in the future as well.
It’s good to get things back up and running, just in time for Christmas

yo man glad to see ya back and is that a proteus 2000 sound module, hey I sold my mophatt man I compared the mophatt sounds to the mophatt x for proteus vx and Emulator x hey they sound better than the hardware now for Reason they are okay they sound pretty good in kontakt and in dimension pro but none of them sound as good in the Emulator x

@Mehdo, word man, yeah they are pretty much the same or even a lil more high fidelity in the software, so it’s all good. I just like the speed with which you can browse stuff on hardware man, it’s been a while since I had some and with Maschine it’s easy to sequence and capture it as a sample.

@saintjoe, hey ever since they broke in my house man and stole my stuff I just buy it used now I had xboard 25 replace with roland edirol pcr 300 32 key for 75.00, my trigger finger replace with padkontrol for 75.00 laptop replaced with desktop, fostex 4″ but i will add some 5″ to the set up but paid 75 all at mophatt sound module 50.00 all from guitarcenter.com used gear hey go to EPR Electronics they have roms for the modules he’s the official fix guy for them he has xlead for 50.00 mophatt for 100.00 but how cheap they are on GC.com you can get a mophatt module for 100.00 and he has ZR76, halo ensoniq so check it out ok last question now which ever one you say thats what I’ll buy so MV, MPC 1000/500 or NI Maschine let me know

Dude,
This is great news. I know how u felt. My sump pump went last year, two years after I laid beautiful laminate floor in my studio. I didnt have to take up the floor but the mild warping was a pain and sad to look at. Luckily I had no gear damage but my once beautiful flooring is now covered by carpet.

@Mannas, this is my second one, my first maschine had a custom skin on it as well, if you can see it in some of the older vids. They are good quality and durable, and when you want to take them off, there’s not any residue.
