Boom and Bap: Heavyocity DM-307 Review

2

Heavyocity is back with another drum and percussion product, this time “groove” is a big part of the picture.

This Kontakt library features a slew of sounds from acoustic to electronic drums, synthetic drums, percussion, and even cinematic impacts and fx.

The concept is to allow you to quickly come up with unique rhythmic patterns and ideas, either by playing them yourself, using the step sequencer, or even the various built in multis made by Heavyocity and other signature composers/artists.

The sound quality is great, from straight forward to experimental, and of course you get tons of control over the sound through the custom interface.

If you’re looking for a powerful drum instrument that allows you to get creative quickly, this may be one for you.
