It’s been a while since we did a review on something from Samplified Sounds but they released a new library a while back that I hadn’t reviewed yet!
This one is a euro styled urban pop library.
let’s check it out
What is Eurotronix?
It’s a collection of euro pop infused with rnb!
For those that like huge pad, synths, gated trance leads, and sweeps in their music, this is for you.
This collection really sounds like a bunch of euro pop songs, read to be chopped.
You get the full track with everything in it, for those that love to chop, and you also get it broken down into smaller chunks..
still big enough to chop or loop if you prefer.
Quick Specs
- Content: about 570+ wav samples broken up into two parts
- Format: wav
- Price: each volume (1 and 2) is $19.70 each
How does it sound?
Luscious!
These really have a lush sound to them. The way they produced them makes them sound just like some euro pop/electronic songs.
I like the fact that they give you a huge track where all the sounds are together, so you can chop them up like a sample. But they also give you the smaller parts to chop up, some of which include individual sounds isolated for further flexibility.
The sound quality is superb, they sound ready for the radio already.
No glitches or pops found at all.
Plenty of content to keep you busy with enough variety to keep you creative.
What is the final verdict on this one?
The quality of the production, the feel of the music, and the quantity of the content make this library stand out.
It is a definite 5 out of 5 subs in my opinion, I had fun with it, plus I just loved listening to it. These folks really know their production and it shows. They may not have tons of packs, but each of them stands out among the crowd.
The fact that they broke them into volumes (they used to be only single libraries) allows more people to get their hands on them.
This is a great library, a different taste from the normal urban/hip hop and rnb libraries so it’s really a breath of fresh air.

Not bad..Alot of newer fresh sounds instead of the usual cheesy trance arp patterens found in these collections. Lots of chopin ideas came to mind quickly.

Nice sounds, in the hands of the right person it should yield some decent productions. For what it’s worth the price is right as well, especially being how fickle things could be when the “flavor of the month” syndrome kicks in. I’m just on the fence w/the current “electro” sound that’s played over the air these days. Now if there were more “signed” talent like DaftPunk, Boards of Canada, etc. it might be different. Don’t get me wrong this sound does have it’s appeal I just hope that it doesn’t get raped by over-use & commercialism. But as the saying goes all things in fashion and style tend to come full circle eventually. Now if we can only get the 2nd coming of Planet Rock, Mantronix & BDP’s The P is Free…whooo-man!

Just an observation after visiting their site, they’ve divided their titles into volumes. Now I wonder is this the same content sectioned off or will it be mixed with some new sounds? I’m just sayin’ out of curiosity.

it used to be one whole volume for 49, to make it more affordable they just split them into two volumes for 19. Nothing new from what I know, just split into two parts. I reviewed the whole collection.

lol, I feel ya man. I guess I’ve always just kinda went with what I liked, sometimes that’s not the current trend or whatever. I’ve been a fan of electronic music before folks started using it in the urban scene and I’ll love it when it’s gone.
but I do feel ya man…I’m just a firm believer that good sounds never get old.

thats DOPE i got to get my hands on that..ASAP

a synth hardware or software, will be able to make those sounds.
omnisphere, nexus, massive, synth squad, sylenth, vanguard, zeta+, zebra, there’s tons of instruments that make those sounds

Yo, these sounds are dope! I got the free kit a couple of weeks ago! They may be my silent assasin aka secret weapon, though it’s not a secret! Mad inspiration! I like chopping but some of these joints need to just be looped as is! If Polow can take a garage band loop and make a hit, as well as producers doing the same, wit just the loop of a readily accessible library, why not ?

That sounds like some usable stuff and a nice (not cheesy) representation of the genre. Saintjoe you got me thinking when you mentioned those VST’s. I’ve got about half that list and now will spend tonight channeling my inner Electro-Kanye (haha)

yeah it’s more like a collection of samples and not a construction kit, they did the multisample thing. There’s other companies that do the same thing, personally I don’t mind it, feels more like diggin for samples that way.
That’s how all of their stuff is
[Reply]
Wats up saintjoe, your reviews led me to sum great samples. However, i noticed one of the samples i’m using sound similar to a song i head about recently from a group called Alice Deejay. I want to hear your thoughts on whether i should make the beat or not?

@kormix, it’s possible that the person that made that song bought the same pack you did, these things are sold all over the world
if you bought it from a legit company, then no worries, if you bought it from a shady company then it’s possible they sampled it from the song and sold it to you lol.
none of the companies I deal with do stuff like that, so you should be good
